<p>Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human-level intelligence. Our robots are engineered to perform a wide range of tasks across commercial and industrial environments.</p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Strategic Finance & Capital Markets Intern </strong>to support Figure’s Strategic Finance and Capital Markets team. This role works directly with the Strategic Finance & Capital Markets Manager and supports high-impact financial, analytical, and strategic initiatives across the company.</p>
<p>This role is intentionally broad. You will support everything from core financial modeling to capital markets and investor-related work, as well as ad-hoc analyses that inform leadership decisions in a fast-moving environment.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build, maintain, and iterate on core company financial models</li>
<li>Support capital markets, fundraising, and investor-related initiatives</li>
<li>Analyze strategic initiatives and pressure-test assumptions through scenario analysis</li>
<li>Execute ad-hoc financial and analytical projects, often with incomplete or evolving information</li>
<li>Pull inputs from engineering, operations, and finance teams and translate them into clear, decision-ready outputs</li>
<li>Maintain clean, consistent, and well-documented models, assumptions, and analyses as the company scales<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets</li>
<li>Ability to work through ambiguity and identify what matters most</li>
<li>High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective</li>
<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize and operate independently</li>
<li>Prior exposure to corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting</li>
<li>Experience building financial models or performing scenario analysis</li>
<li>Familiarity with capital markets, fundraising, or investor diligence</li>
<li>Comfort working with data, large spreadsheets, dashboards, or SQL</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting high-growth or venture-backed companies</li>
<li>Exposure to hardware, manufacturing, or capital-intensive businesses</li>
<li>Experience working with cross-functional technical teams<br><br></li>

<p>The US hourly pay range for this position is $35–$50 per hour. The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.</p>
