Installing, coordinating, and overseeing structured cabling infrastructure in data center environments
Performing electrical inspections and code compliance verification for complex systems
Executing welding operations using multiple techniques to meet strict structural specifications
Collecting high-quality training data through teleoperation and demonstration of robotic tasks
Identifying design improvements and recommending process enhancements for reliability and scalability
Building and maintaining test systems and automation infrastructure for robotic validation
Developing automated dashboards and scripts to monitor system performance and diagnose issues
Collaborating across engineering, operations, and validation teams to resolve technical challenges
Communicating technical findings and feedback clearly to cross-functional teams
Learning new robotic tasks and procedures quickly with high attention to detail
Thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities and tight timelines
Demonstrating sustained focus and attention during extended operational periods
Accepting constructive feedback and continuously improving performance and processes
