Parloa builds an agentic AI platform for enterprise customer service, its AI Agent Management Platform letting enterprises build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents that handle customer conversations across phone, chat, and messaging at scale. Founded in 2018 in Berlin by CEO Malte Kosub and Stefan Ostwald, the company employs roughly 380 people across Berlin, Munich, and New York. Customers include Allianz, Booking.com, HealthEquity, SAP, Sedgwick, Swiss Life, and TeamViewer. Parloa raised a $350M Series D in January 2026 led by General Catalyst at a $3B valuation, bringing total funding to more than $560M in less than four years.
