Our marketing team is AI-native to the core. Every operator gets the latest models on day one, and we run advanced AI workflows that let a small team ship at a scale and pace traditional companies can't match. What makes us different: we engineer creative the way engineers ship software.

The role

We are working on a very important brand fresh. We need someone to support and take it from hand-off and run it into every surface Latent touches. Web, campaigns, social, events, video, decks, recruiting. One job. Make every Latent asset unmistakable at first glance.

This role reports to the VP of Brand. The most important part: you'll do this on top of an AI creative workflow we've already built, the one that lets anyone in the company produce high quality brand-assets in seconds. You're not just an art director. You're the person who makes the brand operate at the speed of the company.

What you'll own

1. Scale the rebrand everywhere. Take the new brand system from agency hand-off into every team's daily work. Roll it across web, campaigns, social, events, video, decks, recruiting, and internal comms. Stand up the brand-asset library (templates, decks, components, files) any team can pull from. Teach teams how the brand works and why each rule exists.

2. Direct creative on the campaigns that move the pipeline. Set the visual direction for product launches, brand campaigns and demand gen campaigns. Partner with customer, growth and product marketing team to help launch truly memorable creative.

3. Lead the website rebuild. Direct the rebuild of latenthealth.com on the new brand system. Partner with our agency, the growth and product marketing team on how each page should look and feel. Stand up the visual language that makes every page feel like Latent end to end and scales.

4. Build the social and ads engine. Design a system that scales ads and social by persona. Help with visual storytelling, partner spotlights, founder content and more. Use our internal tools to help scale and test new ideas for creative that helps drive engagement.



5. Direct flagship events and field marketing. Own the creative for our biggest events, webinars, and field marketing. Build high-conversion creative for demand gen, from email through booth design. Make Latent the most distinct presence on any conference floor.

6. Create brand guidelines and systems that scale for sales and PX. Help build scalable creative systems for our partner sales and customer experience teams to move fast and launch new creative independently without brand concerns.

  • This role is for someone who wants to rethink how creative gets made, not replicate the traditional agency playbook.

What success looks like

  • A brand system in active use across every team, not a deck on a shelf.

  • Creative output that competitors and partners notice and copy.

  • Video and web that move the pipeline, not just look good.

  • Every campaign, every surface, every asset, unmistakably Latent.

You'll do well here if

  • You've spent 8-10 years in brand, creative, or design leadership at high-growth B2B or consumer companies, and you've taken at least one rebrand from launch into the daily work of a company.

  • You direct web, and campaign work, not just static design.

  • You have an unusually high taste ceiling and a low tolerance for generic.

  • You ship fast, often, and on-brand with a scale mindset

  • You're comfortable directing agencies, contractors, and in-house teams toward a single visual system.

  • You already use AI tools to extend your creative output, and you're hungry to push that further.

  • You believe brand is a system, not a vibe, and you're confident operating across strategy and execution.
