The Taiwan Field Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for providing on-site operational, technical, and customer support for Shield AI's V-BAT Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) in Taiwan. This position serves as the primary interface between Shield AI and the customer, ensuring safe flight operations, mission success, and exceptional customer support while strengthening long-term customer relationships.

The Taiwan FSR will support aircraft operations, maintenance, customer training, and technical troubleshooting while coordinating closely with Engineering, Fleet Support, Program Management, Security, and Deployed Operations. This position requires a highly motivated individual capable of operating independently in a dynamic international environment while representing Shield AI's values and professionalism.

The Taiwan FSR will also support the development of customer proficiency by mentoring operators and maintainers, assisting with training events, and ensuring customers are able to safely and effectively operate the V-BAT system.
