About the Role
The Manager, Event Production is responsible for producing CoreWeave's global event portfolio — from flagship conferences and trade shows to high-touch executive experiences. This role owns the full production lifecycle: concept to close, logistics to live execution.
You bring the operational precision and creative instinct to make events feel intentional, elevated, and distinctly CoreWeave. You work closely with marketing, communications, partnerships, and sales to ensure every experience delivers measurable impact and reflects the brand's position at the frontier of AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production of CoreWeave-hosted events, executive programs, and global events — from initial brief through final recap.
- Lead all production logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, AV and technical production, content management, staging, run-of-show, and on-site execution.
- Manage event budgets, agency relationships, and freelancer coordination with fiscal discipline and attention to scope.
- Partner with brand, design, and communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and experience design across all event touchpoints.
- Build and maintain production timelines, project plans, and status documents that keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.
- Define event KPIs and contribute to post-event reporting to measure success and sharpen future programs.
- Negotiate and manage vendor and venue contracts with precision.
- Maintain relationships with production partners, venues, and key industry stakeholders across regions.
- Stay current on production trends and emerging event technologies to continuously raise the bar on how CoreWeave engages its audiences.
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or corporate event management — with at least 2 years producing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Proven track record executing large-scale corporate events, trade shows, and executive-level experiences.
- Experience in B2B technology, cloud infrastructure, or AI-adjacent industries preferred.
- Strong project management skills with acute attention to detail and an ability to hold multiple concurrent productions on track.
- Skilled at managing budgets, external agencies, and production vendors in fast-moving environments.
- Clear communicator and confident collaborator — able to work across teams, time zones, and seniority levels.
- Proficiency in event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, Asana, Airtable) and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred
- You think in experiences, not just logistics — always asking what the attendee feels at every moment.
- You are calm under pressure and decisive when plans change on the ground.
- You understand how events connect to pipeline, brand, and business outcomes — not just production checklists.
- You bring both creative and operational instincts to every program.
