You will work closely with the UK & EMEA Events Lead, supporting the day-to-day coordination and execution of regional events while helping to maintain high standards across logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site delivery. You will also collaborate with wider marketing, sales, partner, and comms teams to ensure every event is well-executed, aligned, and impactful.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the delivery of the UK & EMEA events programme
    • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, roundtables, executive dinners, partner events, and owned activations across the region
    • Help ensure each event is delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to Nscale’s wider business priorities
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics
    • Support venue sourcing, supplier management, registration, travel coordination, shipping, branded materials, and event timelines
    • Help manage the moving parts required to deliver successful events across multiple countries
  • Support booth and onsite execution
    • Assist with booth builds, staffing schedules, lead capture preparation, demo readiness, and on-site logistics
    • Help ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events
  • Manage vendors and suppliers
    • Coordinate with agencies, venues, production partners, caterers, and other suppliers to keep delivery on track
    • Track deadlines, quotes, invoices, and key logistics details
  • Assist with executive and speaker logistics
    • Support the coordination of speaker briefings, agendas, calendars, and onsite requirements
    • Work with internal stakeholders to help ensure smooth delivery of keynotes, panels, and private meetings
  • Maintain strong internal coordination
    • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partnerships, and comms teams to align event requirements and deadlines
    • Help keep internal stakeholders informed through clear planning documents and regular updates
  • Track event reporting and performance
    • Support the collection of attendee numbers, lead data, budget tracking, and post-event feedback
    • Help maintain accurate reporting and dashboards so the team can measure performance and improve future events
  • Help build scalable processes
    • Support the development and upkeep of templates, checklists, trackers, and event documentation
    • Contribute to creating a more efficient and repeatable events function as Nscale continues to grow

What Were Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in events or event coordinating.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of in-person events, trade shows, or executive events
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Confident communicator who can work across teams and with external vendors
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel across the UK & EMEA as needed

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Experience in B2B technology, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or data centre environments
  • Experience supporting multi-country or regional events
  • Familiarity with lead capture, post-event reporting, and budget tracking
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or executive-facing events
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to spot issues early and keep delivery moving
