Ready to own the heartbeat of our Global HQ? As part of our Workplace Operations team, you’ll supervise the daily logistics of our Paris office while fueling our EMEA expansion. Reporting to our Global Workplace Lead, you’ll shape a workspace that’s functional, welcoming, and buzzing with Mistral’s culture.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Culture
- Create and sustain a productive, inclusive, and vibrant work environment for all Mistralers.
- Supervise our hospitality team in their daily operations.
- Ensure flawless operations at our global headquarters.
- Support EMEA colleagues with office maintenance, logistics, and everything in between.
- Be the go-to person for all office-related inquiries—the face of Mistral AI!
- Ignite community spirit by organizing events, meetings, and activities that bring our culture to life.
- Build and manage supplier relationships (food, maintenance, cleaning, access control).
- Elevate the visitor experience—from warm welcomes to seamless mail and deliveries.
- Take charge onsite for maintenance, shipping, inventory, and deliveries.
- 4+ years in Office Management, Workplace Operations, or Event Management (startup/scale-up experience is a huge plus!).
- Exceptional organizational skills—you juggle tasks like a pro.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities—you connect with everyone.
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and ticketing systems.
- Fluency in French and English. Additional languages would be super beneficial as we continue to expand globally.
- Service-oriented with a passion for community-building—you love bringing people together.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments—you’re proactive, adaptable, and always ahead of the curve.
- Discretion and professionalism—confidentiality is second nature to you.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic—you make things happen!
