About the role

You will own the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of 5 to 15 strategic accounts - the most complex, high-value organizations in the world, with over 10,000 employees, who are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like at massive scale. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.

This is a high-stakes, high-influence role. You'll go exceptionally deep with a small number of transformational accounts, building the executive partnerships, multi-stakeholder relationships, and long-term success plans that turn ElevenLabs into a strategic platform bet for some of the world's largest companies. If you thrive in complex enterprise environments and know how to drive large commercial outcomes through trust and vision, this role was built for you.

On the ground, you'll be in the product with customers - advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers do. You're the person who connects what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partnering closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve value.

Success of the customer and commercial ownership go hand in hand and are at the core of this role. You own NRR across your managed book of business, you drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs' expanding product suite, and you lead renewals end to end. The best AMs at ElevenLabs don't just retain customers, they grow with them.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive on target earnings (OTE) structure with a split of 70% base and 30% variable. Variable compensation is weighted 70% net revenue retention (NRR) and 30% product cross sell. Cross-sell performance counts toward NRR, so strong expansion compounds across both components. Quota is set on managed ARR, giving you clear ownership over a defined book of business. The plan includes accelerators for above target NRR performance and is designed to reward account managers who grow with their customers, not just retain them. Variable compensation is paid on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years of Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Partnerships in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior or strategic role and a track record of outcomes you personally drove

  • You've managed large, complex enterprise accounts and have the NRR and expansion numbers to show for it - not team numbers, yours

  • You run full-cycle expansion motions end to end across complex, multi-stakeholder deals - you build the business case, navigate procurement, and close without a handoff

  • You've built genuine relationships at the C-suite level - not just had access to them. You know how to align a room full of stakeholders who don't always agree, and you've got the closed deals to prove it

  • You don't wait for a QBR to know your accounts are at risk or ready to grow - you're always three moves ahead and you have a system for it

  • You can go deep on the product with a developer or engineering team and hold your own without relying on a solutions engineer - strong technical aptitude and familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs is essential

Preferred

  • Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space

  • Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform

Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York City or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our offices in these cities.
