The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is hungry to learn, obsessed with finding great people, and ready to go beyond the obvious. You'll work directly alongside our TA Lead, partnering with hiring managers across functions and geographies. You'll have real ownership from day one — over sourcing strategies, candidate relationships, and pipeline quality.
Key Responsibilities
Source proactively. Go beyond job boards. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche communities, and creative outreach to find talent others miss.
Build real relationships. Engage passive candidates before roles open. Nurture them genuinely — so when the moment comes, they're already excited.
Be a true partner to hiring managers. Understand their teams, anticipate needs, and co-create role profiles that attract the right people.
Stay curious about the market. Map talent landscapes, track competitor moves, and bring insights that give us an edge.
Care about data. Keep pipelines clean, notes sharp, and metrics honest — because great recruiting is also great operations.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in TA or agency recruitment, with a hands-on approach to active sourcing.
A track record of identifying and attracting great candidates, even for hard-to-fill roles.
Experience in startup/scale-up environment is highly appreciated.
Comfort working in a fast-moving, international environment (Europe, US, Asia exposure is a plus).
Familiarity with an ATS (Ashby is a bonus).
Fluent English. Rigorous. Curious. Resilient.
