Who We Need

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who builds pipelines from scratch. This role is for someone who treats sourcing as a craft: you know where great engineers are, how to get their attention, and how to close them. You'll own our technical hiring strategy end to end, partnering directly with engineering leadership to build exceptional product and engineering teams in highly competitive markets. You've hired across the full stack, from engineers to distinguished technical leaders, and you've done it by going and getting people.

We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our SF office (or willing to relocate). Team members work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own sourcing strategies for software engineering, ML/AI, and engineering leadership roles, from target list construction to first outreach to close

  • Hunt for top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques and technical community engagement

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles, coordinating technical interviews, coding assessments, and system design evaluations while delivering a strong candidate experience

  • Serve as a market intelligence resource for hiring managers on compensation benchmarking, competitive landscape, and talent pool sizing

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on outbound sourcing

  • You have strong opinions on what a great engineer looks like and can defend them with examples

  • Proven track record driving searches end to end across a wide range of engineering roles, flagging concerns early and keeping searches on track

  • Cold outreach that converts is a core skill. You know how to get a response from someone who wasn't looking

  • Data-driven: you can walk a hiring manager through TAM, target profile tradeoffs, and process changes with confidence

  • You use AI consistently throughout almost all your work.
