Founding Recruiter

Ricursive Intelligence is a frontier AI Lab focused on building self-improving systems, starting with chip design. We are reinventing chip development and closing the loop between AI and the hardware that fuels it, recursively accelerating the path to artificial superintelligence.

We're looking to hire an exceptional people and talent professional, who can help us grow our team. As the first HR / People hire, you'll tackle everything related to recruiting. You'll work with the founding team to draft new roles, post and recruit for those roles, structure interview processes, and close candidates. You should have familiarity with recruiting at early-stage AI startups.
