Designing holistic employee listening and measurement strategies using surveys and feedback mechanisms
Developing audience segmentation strategies to target specific talent communities and hiring groups
Managing budgets and allocating resources across programs while maintaining quality and impact
Establishing and monitoring action planning processes with managers to drive organizational improvement
Integrating employee insights across the talent lifecycle from pre-hire through exit to inform strategy
Leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to generate insights from quantitative and qualitative data
Building strong cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder alignment across distributed teams
Communicating insights and analytics effectively to leadership and stakeholders for strategic decision-making
Managing multiple simultaneous initiatives with attention to detail and strong project coordination
Translating strategic vision into executable operational plans and programs
Operating independently in ambiguous environments and building structure from the ground up
Gathering and acting on feedback to continuously improve programs and experiences
Demonstrating thought leadership on emerging trends and innovative solutions in talent measurement and culture building
