Recruiting Leader
This role leads teams of recruiters and recruiting operations professionals to design and execute hiring strategy across the organization. Unlike individual contributors who source and screen candidates, these leaders focus on building recruiting infrastructure, setting performance standards, and developing talent acquisition capability to support hypergrowth. They typically operate at the intersection of recruiting, people operations, and business strategy, partnering with executive leadership to align hiring roadmaps with company priorities while embedding AI and automation into sourcing, screening, and interview workflows.

Integrating artificial intelligence and automation into recruiting workflows and sourcing strategies
Adopting AI-first candidate experience models and intelligent assessment tools
Building agentic and autonomous recruiting capabilities powered by large language models
Mentoring and developing recruiting managers to build leadership depth within teams
Communicating recruiting health, market blockers, and talent landscape insights to senior leadership
Driving organizational alignment between recruiting and business stakeholders through clear communication
Operating with judgment and initiative to identify and solve problems before escalation
Cultivating inclusive, high-performance team cultures with psychological safety and continuous learning
Managing stakeholder expectations and influence decisions through data-driven insights
Operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner remaining close to recruiting execution
